Below are a few personal renovation projects we have undertaken

Renovation

Joss and Lyn Winnen have restored barns, period and listed buildings in their 45 years in the business. We offer the complete service from demolition to design and soft furnishings taking the pressure off the client and managing the entire project including the planning. We have an experienced team of craftsmen who assist us with our projects.

Alterations

We undertake all levels of alteration work to suit the client's requirements. A full design service is also available. We can cover the planning and building regulations aspect also.

Decorating

We undertake all aspects of interior and exterior decors. To include individual rooms or the whole house. Lyn Winnen has a diploma in Interior Design and can help and advise on colour co-ordination and soft furnishings.

Underpinning

We are able to undertake insurance works or underpinning and subsidence associated projects. We liaise with the insurance company on behalf of the client. We have extensive experience in this field.

Property Management

Some of our clients travel and we offer a full maintenance programme in their absence which allows them to travel without worry. Some of our clients have been with us for 25 years during which time we have carried out a full property management service for them.

The people that Lyn and Joss bring together to work on projects are reliable and thorough and together seem to create a good team.
